Travel Pac Overview

TRAVEL PAC is designed to cover all aspects of RV'ing and Camping when traveling and away from home. You will find the twelve programs in TRAVEL PAC convenient, helpful, and easy to use. It is also an excellent program to record and track expenses at home when you are not on the road.

The twelve programs that make up TRAVEL PAC are:

EXPENSES: Allows you to record expenses by date, cost, vendor, and category. The budget feature allows you to enter the desired amount you wish to spend and provides a current remaining balance after each entry.

INVENTORY: Keeps an accurate record of listed items including value, model, location, and serial numbers. This is important if ever necessary to file an insurance claim.

CAMPGROUNDS PLUS: You record your favorite campgrounds, restaurants, lodging facilities, and service centers. You may enter name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers, directions, and comments regarding each facility.

VIRTUAL INFORMATION SAFE: This is a password protected program to record and store important and private information such as credit card numbers, bank account information, PIN numbers, and location of important documents.

MILEAGE CALCULATOR: Records gallons/liters, fuel costs, computes miles/kilometers per gallon/liter, and much more.

MAINTENANCE: Schedules maintenance for RV, Towed Vehicle, and Generator. It has editing options for individual requirements. When current mileage is entered, the program will advise what maintenance items are due and necessary.

PHONE / ADDRESS BOOK: You may enter up to 1500 names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, and email addresses. The entries may be recalled and printed.

EVENTS CALENDAR: Entries may be reviewed by month, year, or event. A great reminder of appointments, birthdays, anniversaries, RV Rallys, and more.

LOAN CALCULATOR: This program will provide important information when planning to submit a loan application. Monthly payments and interest amounts are displayed and may be printed if desired.

RECIPE BOOK: List all of your favorite recipes and remedies to be recalled and printed when needed.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: This protected file is specifically for medical history, known allergies and other medical alerts, current medications, physician names and phone numbers, and other related information.

TRAVEL NOTES: You may use this program to keep a Travel Diary, write letters, and notes. Documents written are saved as ASCII files. This files may be imported into most word processors and text editors.
